Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate has landscaping experience, a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, and property maintenance
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects
- Demonstrate professionalism and leadership on job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of landscaping experience preferred (will train the right candidate with aptitude and leadership potential)
- English proficiency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Reports to a daily meeting location in the Austin, TX area.
