Responsibilities
- Monitor and support residents throughout overnight hours.
- Conduct routine wellness and safety checks.
- Assist individuals who may require support during the night.
- Help maintain a calm, structured, and secure environment.
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately.
- Assist with morning routines and preparation for daily activities.
- Support cleanliness and organization within the residential setting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with youth, families, human services, healthcare, education, or caregiving environments is preferred.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight shifts.
- Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team.
