Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable Insulation Installers to join our growing team. This position is responsible for installing various insulation products in residential, commercial, and light industrial buildings to improve energy efficiency, temperature control, and overall building performance. Candidates should be comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, walls, ceilings, and construction environments.
Responsibilities
- Install fiberglass, blown-in, cellulose, spray foam, and other insulation materials according to project specifications.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawl spaces.
- Perform air sealing and weatherization tasks to improve energy efficiency.
- Remove and dispose of old or damaged insulation when required.
- Operate insulation blowing machines and other installation equipment.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and code compliance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Work effectively with crew members, supervisors, and other trades on construction sites.
Qualifications
- Previous construction, insulation, roofing, framing, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working at heights, in attics, and in confined spaces.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Schedule
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (some overtime and occasional weekends may be required).
